Fair Booking Policy:
A 50% booking deposit will be required to secure any appointment at Hair On Marco. This deposit will be credited to your appointment total.
Cancellation & Reschedule Policy :
Hair On Marco reserves appointments especially for every client, therefore we request that each client be courteous and respectful and call Hair On Marco at least 24 hours prior to your reserved appointment if you wish to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellations & reschedules within 24 hours will result in forfeiting your booking deposit.
If a client wishes to reschedule & has given more than 24 hours notice, the booking deposit will be transferred along with your appointment.
No Show Policy:
A client that does not show to the reserved appointment will be required to pay a 100% deposit for any future bookings.
Hair On Marco Guarantee:
We guarantee that in the unlikely event that you are not 100% happy with your new hair, adjustments are complimentary for 7 days post service*
T&C's
Clients must provide Hair On Marco with the chance to adjust any concerns prior to any further changes to the hair.
Product Exchange Policy:
After purchasing a product from Hair On Marco, if after 2 uses you are not satisfied with the product, you may exchange the product for another of the same value. Note: Faulty products will be promptly replaced.
